Terms and Conditions for Digital Bandhan

Welcome to Digital Bandhan. By using our Digital Marketing Services and Graphic Designing & Video Animation Services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms ensure a smooth working relationship between Digital Bandhan and our clients.
1. Payment Terms
To ensure a transparent and efficient payment process, our services follow the three-slab payment structure:
Advance Payment: 30% of the total service cost is due upon service initiation.
Mid-Project Payment: 40% of the total service cost is due upon completion of 50% of the service.
Final Payment: 30% of the total service cost is due before the final delivery of the service.
Failure to complete payments as per the agreed schedule may result in service delays or suspension.
2. Service Delivery & Scope
The scope of work will be defined in the service agreement or proposal shared with the client.
Any additional requests or modifications beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges and revised timelines.
The estimated completion time for the service will be communicated at the start of the project.
3. Revisions & Modifications
Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions, which will be specified in the service agreement.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
Any major modifications requested after mid-project approval will be considered a new requirement and will be charged accordingly.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email.
If the service is canceled after the advance payment, a refund is not applicable unless otherwise agreed.
Once 50% of the project is completed, no refunds will be issued for the mid-project payment.
If Digital Bandhan fails to deliver the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be provided after review.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary materials (logos, content, branding elements, etc.) on time.
Any delay in providing required materials may extend the project timeline.
Clients must ensure that any content or material provided does not infringe upon third-party copyrights.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Digital Bandhan will keep all client information confidential and will not share it with third parties without consent.
Clients must also respect and maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary strategies or insights shared by Digital Bandhan.
7. Limitation of Liability
Digital Bandhan is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
We are not liable for losses caused by external factors, such as algorithm changes by search engines or platform policy updates.
8. Termination of Services
Digital Bandhan reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms or engages in unethical behavior.
Any remaining balances must be settled upon termination of services.
